About the Author

The youngest author in the WovenWords collective, Cassia Moon (born Cassandra Patel in 1995) burst onto the literary scene with her unique blend of poetry and prose. Born in Mumbai and raised in London, she draws from both Eastern and Western literary traditions. Despite having only four published works, her innovative style and powerful voice have already earned her recognition as one of the most promising new writers of her generation. She holds an MFA in Poetry from the University of East Anglia.
