This nomadic childhood exposed him to diverse cultures and languages, shaping his nuanced understanding of human psychology. He studied Psychology at the Sorbonne and later earned an MFA in Creative Writing from Iowa Writers' Workshop. His work often explores themes of identity, displacement, and the hidden psychological landscapes of everyday life.
